\ud83c\udf77 A brief intro to the GCWine project<\/span>

The GCWine project is conducted by Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC, a fintech startup
registered in Georgia (registration number: 440398598; the company registration
documents can be searched at: https:\/\/my.gov.ge\/en-us\/services\/10\/service\/179). We
have created the Georgian wine token, called GCWine, which is a utility token. Information

We plan to make the Georgian 8000-year-old winemaking tradition known worldwide, export
and sell Georgian wine. We intend to start with the European market and then go
global. For this purpose, we are opening an online wine shop in Germany. We
have already signed memoranda with many partners (see: https:\/\/gcwine.io\/#partners),
whose wine we are planning to sell. We will accept Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB as
payment methods at our wine shop. <\/span>

GCWine fulfils the ultimate
purpose of tokenization through 2 dimensions:
1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 GCWine introduce crypto to the
luxurious and conservative wine industry, thereby increasing public trust in
crypto and its adoption in everyday life, as wine cellars see the benefis of
crypto payments at the retail level (e.g., safety, transparency, speed, low
transaction fees).<\/span>
2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 GCWine brings a completely new,
huge segment of customers to the winemakers, appreciating a premium quality,
luxurious product. It is well known that the crypto community gets really
interested and excited when they learn about accepting crypto to purchase a real,
physical product. This means, we are making a traditionally illiquid asset
(wine) liquid, significantly boosting the sales.<\/span>

Here is a brief overview of our project milestones:

The ICO Private Sale started on 01\/09\/22. ICO public sale which started on 01 December
2022 and lasted up to 31 December 2023;

The GCWine (GCW) token is listed on Uniswap, Biswap and PancakeSwap;

We have signed partnership memoranda with 10 wine cellars;

We attended Next Block Expo 2023 Berlin on 04-05 December 2023 and presented our
project and the exquisite Georgian wine produced by our partner wine cellars to
international audience consisting of more than 5 000 people;

We have founded a subsidiary (Georgien Wiege des Weins UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt)
Registration number: HRB 39549) in Germany to start the wine sales in Europe;

We have finalized a website for our online wine shop in Germany (https:\/\/gcwine.de\/<\/a>). We
are starting the wine sales in several days after we get home from Barcelona
(we did not manage to do this earlier as our entire concentration and time was
directed at preparing for EBC10). Customers will soon be able to purchase wine
using cryptocurrencies as payment method (along with Euros).

We attended European Blockchain Convention 10 on 25-26 September 2024 as one of
the sponsors. Our wine stand attracted huge crowds of people. We presented our
project and the exquisite Georgian wine produced by our partner wine cellars to
international audience consisting of more than 6 000 people. \u00a0

Here is a brief overview of the benefits the GCWine project offers:

Simplifying wine sales transactions by introducing crypto as a payment method. \u00a0
<\/strong>
Integrating cryptocurrencies as a means of payment into real business: initially,
we plan to accept the GCWine token and other cryptocurrencies, namely Bitcoin,
Ethereum and BNB, as a means of payment for the purchase of Georgian wine in
our online wine shop in Germany (https:\/\/gcwine.de\/; the
website is still being finalized). For this purpose, we have signed partnership
memoranda with 10 wine cellars. One of our partners, a major wine importer in
Europe, has agreed to let us sell his wine in order to initially establish
ourselves at the wine market. In the long term, we plan to cover the entire
food and beverage industry and allow our customers to purchase their favorite
food and beverages in our stores and restaurants as well as in our partners’ shops
and restaurants by paying with the GCWine (GCW) token, Bitcoin, Ethereum and
BNB. \u00a0

Contributing to the global adoption and promotion of cryptocurrencies in general and expand
their use cases: acceptance of cryptocurrencies such as GCWine,
Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB as payment methods for the purchase of various
products will facilitate the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies worldwide
and expand their use cases. The integration of cryptocurrencies, including
GCWine Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB, into real-world business transactions will
further help to potentially minimize fluctuations in their values. Society in
general will also trust cryptocurrencies to a greater extent.
<\/strong>
Benefits to the GCW token holders: the GCW token holders will receive a 10%
discount when purchasing wine with the GCW token and a 5% discount when
purchasing other cryptocurrencies. Holders also have the right to request
custom labels for their wine bottles. In the long run, GCW token holders can
request to make wine according to their own taste by blending 525 Georgian
grape varieties.

Charity: 10% of the sale of GCWine tokens will be transferred to the charity wallet to help the
people in need. In the long term, the GCWine project also plans to organize
free blockchain and wine courses. The best graduates will be employed by our
partners and then by Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC itself when we build our own
wine factory.
