\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\uddea GCWine is a blockchain- and smart contract-based project (https:\/\/gcwine.io\/en\/), combining the worlds of crypto and wine. It is run by Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC, a company registered in Georgia (registration number: 440398598).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project aims to facilitate the use of cryptocurrencies in real life, especially for purchasing exquisite wines. We also have registered a subsidiary company in Germany, named Georgien Wiege des Weins UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt) through which our online wine shop is going to be operated in Germany. \ud83c\udf77\ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf47\ud83c\udf77Here is a brief overview of the benefits the GCWine project offers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Simplifying wine sales transactions by introducing crypto as a payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Integrating cryptocurrencies as a means of payment into real business: Initially, we plan to accept the GCWine token and other cryptocurrencies, namely Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB, as a means of payment for the purchase of Georgian wine in our online wine store in Germany (the store’s website is under development). For this purpose, we have signed partnership agreements with 9 winemakers. One of our partners, a major wine importer in Europe, has agreed to let us sell his wine in order to initially establish ourselves in the wine market. In the long term, we plan to cover the entire food and beverage industry and allow our customers to purchase their favorite food and beverages in our stores and restaurants as well as in our partners’ stores and restaurants by paying with the GCWine token Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Contribute to the global adoption and promotion of cryptocurrencies in general and expand their use cases: The acceptance of cryptocurrencies such as GCWine, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB as payment methods for the purchase of various products will facilitate the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies worldwide and expand their use cases. The integration of cryptocurrencies, including GCWine Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB, into real-world business transactions will further help to potentially minimize fluctuations in their values. Society in general will also trust cryptocurrencies to a greater extent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Benefits to the GCW token holders: GCW token holders will receive a 10% discount when purchasing wine with the GCW token and a 5% discount when purchasing other cryptocurrencies. Holders also have the right to request custom labels for their wine bottles. In the long run, GCW token holders can request to make wine according to their own taste by blending 525 Georgian grape varieties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Charity: 10% of the BNB acquired through the sale of GCWine tokens will be transferred to the charity wallet to help the people in need. In the long term, the GCWine project also plans to organize free blockchain and wine courses. The best graduates will be employed by our partners and then by Georgia Cradle of Wine LLC itself when we build our own wine factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 We have signed partnership agreements with more than 10 winemakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 We attended Next Block Expo 2023 Berlin on 04-05 December 2023 and presented our project and the exquisite Georgian wine produced by our partner wine cellars to international audience consisting of more than 5 000 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 We founded and registered our subsidiary company in Germany \u2013 Georgien Wiege des Wens UG (haftungsbeschr\u00e4nkt), in December 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 We are finalizing a website for our online wine shop in Germany (https:\/\/gcwine.de\/<\/a>). We are starting the wine sales in May. Customers will soon be able to purchase wine using cryptocurrencies as payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since a large amount of GCWine tokens are still to be sold, we are unable to take big steps forward. However, we are putting all the efforts and are moving with small but steady steps towards our goals. We would like to enable you to trade large volumes of the GCWine (GCW) token. This is why currently we are putting each cent gained from each GCW token sales transaction back into the liquidity pool to make it bigger. Moreover, after the liquidity pool is large and strong enough, we plan to get a VASP license in respect of the GCWine (GCW) token in Germany using the proceeds from the GCW token sales. Obtaining the VASP license will enable us to accept the GCW token as a payment method to purchase wine at our online wine shop. This will be a very important step in the development of our project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, every sold GCWine token will be used to advance the project to a new level. We will try to conduct the GCW token sales using such a system that the price is not subject to major corrections. However, the price drop is still inevitable. Therefore, please don’t be afraid and don’t sell the GCWine token merely because its price has dropped. The price of the token is important for everyone. This is why, first of all, we should focus on the development of the project, which can happen only with appropriate funding. We should all take into account that we are involved in a long-term project having big goals. These goals can be achieved with appropriate support from our community members, each of you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
